At Anchored Care, we provide Individualised Living Options (ILO) for people with disability who want more choice in how and where they live.
ILO is an NDIS home and living support that helps you design the living arrangement that suits you best, whether that means living alone, with friends, or with a host.
We offer ILO supports across South East Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia.
How it works
- We work with you to explore your goals, preferences, and what a good home life looks like for you. Together, we design a plan that includes the supports you need, the people involved, and how your living arrangement will work day to day.
- Once your ILO plan is approved, our team helps you put it into action, providing the right level of support in the home you choose.
