The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is Australia’s national program for supporting people with disability.
It provides funding directly to eligible individuals with a permanent and significant disability, helping them access the necessary services and supports.
With personalised funding based on your needs and goals, you can decide which supports will help you live more independently, build skills, connect with others, or simply do more things you enjoy.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), individuals must be:
- Under the age of 65
- be Australian citizens or permanent residents, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa
- have a permanent and significant disability that impacts their daily life
- must require support for an extended period and live in an NDIS area.

NDIS Funded Supports We Provide
Accommodation supports provide safe and supportive living arrangements tailored to each participant’s needs. From shared supported living to short- or medium-term stays, options include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Individualised Living Options (ILO).
Our experienced Support Coordinators help DVA clients navigate their care plans, connecting them with appropriate services and ensuring they have the support they need to achieve their goals.
Specialized services are available for veterans with complex medical or health conditions, providing comprehensive clinical support with your wider care team.
Our registered nurses provide expert care, including wound care, medication management, and regular health assessments. We also work alongside allied health professionals to ensure holistic care for each veteran.
These supports help individuals connect with others, pursue hobbies, and participate in social, recreational, and community activities. Whether it’s joining a local group or exploring new interests, community access fosters belonging and instills confidence.
NDIS Daily Life Supports are designed to help participants with tasks and routines that promote independence at home and in the community. This includes personal care, developing daily living skills, managing household tasks, and building confidence in everyday routines.
