What it is and who it’s for
At Anchored Care, we provide Community Access and Participation support to help people with disability get involved in activities they enjoy, build meaningful connections, and feel part of their local community.
This support is for anyone who wants to engage more in everyday life, whether that means joining a social group, learning new skills, or exploring new places.
We offer this service across South East Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia.
