What it is and who it’s for
At Anchored Care, we provide Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) for people with disability who need a safe place to stay while waiting for their long-term home or supports to be ready.
MTA is an NDIS-funded support that covers temporary accommodation costs for up to 90 days when a permanent housing solution has been approved but is not yet available.
We offer MTA across South East Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia.
How it works
- We help you settle into a comfortable and accessible environment while you wait for your next home. Our team supports you to maintain your routines, access community activities, and continue receiving the supports you need.
- MTA funding covers the accommodation costs, while your daily living supports such as personal care or community access are funded separately through your NDIS plan.
What you can expect
- Fully accessible, safe, and welcoming housing
- Support from a caring team who respect your routines and preferences
- Help to prepare for your move into permanent housing
- Coordination with your broader support network and service providers
