Faith is a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Coordinator at Anchored Care, bringing a rich background in education, inclusive support, and leadership to the team. With over a decade of international experience in the Middle East, she has held various middle management roles, specialising in supporting individuals with learning difficulties, particularly those on the Autism Spectrum.
Faith’s expertise lies in developing Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and tailored learning strategies, drawing from her extensive teaching background and ongoing postgraduate studies in Autism Studies. Her academic pursuits continue to deepen her understanding of neurodiversity and reinforce her commitment to person-centred care.
Prior to joining Anchored Care, Faith also worked as a Support Worker and Team Leader, where she developed strong frontline experience and a practical understanding of delivering compassionate, high-quality support. Her diverse skillset and calm, empathetic approach make her a trusted guide for participants and families navigating the NDIS.
What sets Faith apart is her heartfelt connection to the mission and values of Anchored Care. She describes the organisation as a place where she feels truly at home—professionally and personally. The culture of empowerment and growth has not only supported her development but also inspired her to uplift others and champion their journeys toward independence and fulfilment.
Outside of work, Faith enjoys hiking, cooking, and baking, and treasures quality time with her husband and two boys. She is an avid traveller who delights in discovering new places and cultures, always embracing life with warmth, curiosity, and purpose.
