With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she has built a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour, communication, and support—skills that are central to the compassionate care Anchored Care is known for.
Pia began her professional journey in Talent Acquisition and Development, where she spent three years identifying and nurturing talent. She then spent nearly five years as a Customer Service Representative, refining her interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. Her time as an ESL Teacher further sharpened her communication skills and adaptability, allowing her to connect with people from all walks of life.
